  • Product descriptions, images, and pricing are kept accurate to the best of our ability, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders if necessary.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to our acceptance.

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • We accept payment through Shopify’s secure payment gateways.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia, and delivery times vary depending on destination.

  • Once shipped, risk of loss passes to the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier services, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final due to the handcrafted and limited nature of our products.

  • Returns are only accepted for items that arrive defective or incorrect.

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order with proof of defect or error.

  • Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the customer’s expense (unless the defect is verified).

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including product designs, images, text, and stories, is owned by Galactic Remembrance / Bohemian Collective Bali.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galactic Remembrance is not liable for:

    • Misuse or improper care of products

    • Tarnishing or patina of metals over time

    • Allergic reactions to metals

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of our products or website
